Why I Built Delia?
Empowering femtech, sextech & women+ founders and brands to build inclusive communities with purpose and heart.
Delia has been brewing quietly in the background for a long time. A soulful, grounded, and unapologetically women+ centred space for those building bold things in Femtech, Sextech, and beyond. Not just another platform. Not another hype cycle. But an actual support system. One with real people, real conversations and real momentum behind your mission.
So why Delia?
Delia was born from a deep passion to help women+ startups, femtech and sextech brands, and social impact businesses build bold, inclusive communities that grow with purpose. After watching the landscape for the last 6 years and seeing how social spaces weren’t built to serve women and minority groups, I felt it was time to teach others to make a table of their own.
Because so many founders I work with are building incredible things, but doing it in isolation.
Because community is often the missing puzzle piece in launching and growing a brave business.
Delia was born out of all the conversations that happened in the margins. The after-call DMs. The “I didn’t want to say this out loud, but...” moments. The raw, honest, powerful stuff that often goes unseen.
And honestly? I was tired of watching women+ founders do the most, with the least.
So, I built Delia to be the kind of space I wish existed when I was starting out. A place where courage meets clarity. A home base for disruptors, dreamers, and doers who are building community-first brands and doing it with care.
We officially launch on 21st September 2025 (aligned with the New Moon, of course 🌕). But right now, Summer School is open, applications for our first cohort are live, and I’d love for you to be part of shaping this from the ground up.

With over a decade of experience in marketing and events, Serena Gasparini launched Sense & Forum to help female-founded startups and impact-led businesses grow communities with soul and structure.
She’s a community strategist, mentor, award winner, and fierce advocate for inclusive design, known for her no-nonsense approach and her ability to turn scattered ideas into powerful, profitable ecosystems.
Delia will be a home for founders and builders who care deeply about how they grow. This is not fast and furious; this is about staying grounded with good intentions.
