We want every client to get the very best from what we offer and how we offer:

  • It all starts with a discovery call - this half hour call is an opportunity to explore the basics of your project or the community tools you are looking for. We’ll talk through all the options including what happens next.

  • From this call, we create a strategy - in this document, we delve deeper into your project, creating a strategy as we understand it.

  • Moving on from this strategy, the scope of work agreed - from time scales to other important KPIs, we layer on the details.

  • We then deliver the work.

05.What is a Discovery call?

Every client wants and needs different results from their project. This is why we don’t offer packaged ‘deals’ or try to make your business fit what we offer. A discovery call is the tool we use to explore your expectations, why you think community-led approach is the right solution as well as discuss pricing and delivery options.

06.How much does it cost?

We have a range of solutions to suit your community's needs. Project and retainer prices all depend on time commitment and the type of project that you’re after! Book a discovery call to find out more.
