Hi, I’m Serena G.
I created Delia after years of working behind the scenes in female-led communities and from personal experiences using social spaces and other communities.
What I discovered was that these spaces weren’t built for us. As a woman navigating them, I often felt rushed, unseen, and drained by environments that prioritised performance over care.
Delia is different. It’s slower. Kinder. More powerful and this is what we will teach you to offer your very own communities.

We partnered with Prøject Wøman to create the Prøject Wøman Collective on Mighty Networks. This community helps women navigate their health journey from periods to menopause, offering expert support from health professionals.
After extensive research and analysis of Found and Flourish community needs, the platform Circle was selected as the community's new home. In 2 months, we migrated 95% of the community into the new app.
Working with Inspiration Space we re-design their community spaces on the Circle, creating engaging environments for their members with a well-crafted content and engagement strategy to drive participation.

Delia is the goddess within Sense and Forum, a purpose built plaform to support femtech brands at pre seed and seed level funding. At Delia, we're more than just a community management agency – we're your partners in fostering meaningful connections within the femtech industry. With a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating safe spaces for women and nonbinary individuals, we understand the unique needs of female-centric businesses. Our mission is to empower femtech startups by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
02. Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can start free and upgrade to paid or cohort whenever you're ready.
03. Do I have to be in femtech?
No anyone building community for women+, mental health, wellbeing, or inclusion is welcome.
04. Can the Sense & Forum team be part of an existing team?
We’re hosted on Heartbeat, a private, inclusive platform designed for connection.

Sense of Community (Founding Member Rate: $5/month – increasing to $10/month in Jan 2026) – Get access to deeper discussions, exclusive content, events, and a private members' area.
8-Week Cohort (Launch Price: $1,800 – increasing to $2,400 in Jan 2026) – A guided community-building journey in small groups of 6.
1:1 + Cohort (Launch Price: $2,800 – increasing to $3,400 in Jan 2026) – Join the cohort and work directly with Serena for tailored strategy and support. Only 2 spots are available per cohort.
