This isn’t your typical vision board workshop filled with magazine clippings and hustle culture affirmations. This is something deeper, slower, more intentional. A gentle two-week immersion designed specifically for women+ founders, creatives, and change makers building powerful, purpose-led brands in Femtech, Sextech, and beyond.

Delia was born from our founder Serena G’s deep passion for creating safer, more inclusive spaces for women and minority groups.
After years of navigating platforms and structures that weren’t built with us in mind, Serena has been quietly developing the secret sauce to help you build and support a community free from algorithmic bias, online trolls, and the censorship of content that could quite literally save lives.
Our first cohort launches in September 2025, a space to connect, learn, co-create and grow communities that serve all of us. This will be a space that builds communities that put women and those historically excluded by traditional systems, front and centre.

Delia is the goddess within Sense and Forum, a purpose built plaform to support femtech brands at pre seed and seed level funding. At Delia, we're more than just a community management agency – we're your partners in fostering meaningful connections within the femtech industry. With a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating safe spaces for women and nonbinary individuals, we understand the unique needs of female-centric businesses. Our mission is to empower femtech startups by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
02. Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can start free and upgrade to paid or cohort whenever you're ready.
03. Do I have to be in femtech?
No anyone building community for women+, mental health, wellbeing, or inclusion is welcome.
04. Can the Sense & Forum team be part of an existing team?
We’re hosted on Heartbeat, a private, inclusive platform designed for connection.
05. What if I’m brand new to community building?

The Forum (Free) – A welcoming space to explore resources, connect, and stay in the loop.
Sense of Community (Founding Member Rate: $5/month – increasing to $10/month in Jan 2026) – Get access to deeper discussions, exclusive content, events, and a private members' area.
8-Week Cohort (Launch Price: $1,800 – increasing to $2,400 in Jan 2026) – A guided community-building journey in small groups of 6.
1:1 + Cohort (Launch Price: $2,800 – increasing to $3,400 in Jan 2026) – Join the cohort and work directly with Serena for tailored strategy and support. Only 2 spots are available per cohort.

I’m here to bring those epic dreams to life through captivating community management and ‘DAMN that’s good’ digital marketing.
After spending over a decade working in the marketing and events industry, I decided to take a leap into the unknown and launch my own business. In 2019, Sense and Forum (previously known as Serena G Consulting - say whaaat?!) was born - my way of helping female founded startups, femtech brands and social impact businesses to level up their communities and maximise their brands potential with a bold community strategy.
