  • From this call, we create a strategy - in this document, we delve deeper into your project, creating a strategy as we understand it.

  • Moving on from this strategy, the scope of work agreed - from time scales to other important KPIs, we layer on the details.

  • We then deliver the work.

05.What is a Discovery call?

Every client wants and needs different results from their project. This is why we don’t offer packaged ‘deals’ or try to make your business fit what we offer. A discovery call is the tool we use to explore your expectations, why you think community-led approach is the right solution as well as discuss pricing and delivery options.
